F2O is shorthand for 'Finance To Operations' whose partners, Nick Bray and Alan Parsonson, have a wealth of experience as managers and business owners of large and small organisations, combined with consultancy and advisory work, which gives F2O an excellent understanding of the real business issues faced by Owners/ Managers. This practical understanding is used to deliver services to Owner/Managers in order to work with them in the creation of their perfect future, through the identification of strategies and structures which will, over the medium to long term, add real value.
We carry out comprehensive business reviews, including analysis of existing strategy and market position from which we identify areas where true value can be created and provide the Owner/Manager with a comprehensive, user-friendly plan of action, together with key indicators which are aligned with the financial drivers of the business.
